Former national cricket team captain Shahid Afridi has been ruled out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 6 due to a back injury.
Former national cricket team captain Shahid Afridi was training in Karachi for the remaining matches of PSL 6 where he felt pain in his lower back. Doctors examined his injury and advised him to rest for a few weeks.
All-rounder Shahid Afridi will not be able to represent Multan Sultans in the remaining matches of the league to be played in Abu Dhabi.
Earlier, he had represented Multan Sultans in 4 matches of Pakistan Super League-6. In his place, Asif Afridi has been included in the squad of Multan Sultans.

The remaining matches of PSL 6 were approved to be played in Abu Dhabi
On the other hand, Omar Amin and Brendon King have become part of Islamabad United, after which the 20-member squad of Islamabad United has been completed.
Peshawar Zalmai has added Hazratullah Zazai, Samin Gul and Khalid Usman of Afghanistan to its squad.
